Refund policy

At Paws In Need, we want you and your dog to feel confident in your purchase.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet bedding products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photos

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used pet bedding
• Items damaged by misuse
• Requests made after 30 days
