Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a tracking email once your item ships.

Shipping Time (United States Only)

Most orders are delivered within:

3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Paws In Need is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

  • Please check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact your local carrier
